Born from the minds of a Comet alum and his designer dad, Grand Ledge Threads was created with one motto: "Make cool shit people will wear."
We're tired to death with the same old gold GL on navy blue tees and hoodies, and we’re betting the farm that you are too. So we promise to make apparel that doesn’t just fit in but stands out. Wherever you go, you take our hometown with you, so it's high time we rep GL with style, both near and far. And we're just getting started.
We're thrilled to partner with Dead Threads, the successful premium sports apparel brand also created by a GL alum, to give some of our Grand Ledge sports gear a much-needed facelift. Grand Ledge is the first in the nation to get the Dead Threads makeover as part of their new Dead Threads Local division, and we couldn't be more excited. The Grand Ledge Dead Threads designs have all hit the site—we think they will blow you away. This partnership is all about reimagining what small-town pride looks like. This isn't your granddad's Grand Ledge spirit gear; this is a "smack-in-the-face-by-your-momma" kind of gear that will make other schools drool with envy for years to come. And we've been given this promise from the Dead Threads owners: As GL alumni, we at Dead Threads promise that local rivals Dewitt, Holt, East Lansing, and especially Waverly will NEVER, EVER, EVER get official Dead Threads Local gear.
